Everything you say and share in session is strictly confidential. However, the following situations are required by law, or permitted by law, to reveal information obtained during therapy to a member of your family or your General Practitioner without your authorization:

  • Information may be disclosed if you present an imminent physical danger to yourself or others

  • In the case of danger to others or suspicion of abuse or severe neglect of children (under 18 years of age), dependent adults, or elders (65 and older), therapists are mandated to inform legal authorities so that protective measures can be taken.

What therapy / coaching methods do I practice?

A first Coaching-Therapy session will focus on determining a goal. This can be anything you want to change in your life, such as wanting to feel more self-confident, changing career, working on a difficult relationship or working on anxiety or shame.

I then lean on different therapeutic techniques in order to work on residual, stuck patterns, seeking clarity in past behaviours.

Rogerian (person centered) therapy, Gestalt therapy and Cognitive Behaviour therapy are the most frequently used techniques.

Family and Trauma Constellation therapy are equally important.
